Download Phase Manager and configure your device
Download Phase Manager
Phase Manager allows you to adjust the settings of the unit (LED colors, shutdown time), and to update it. We recommend to proceed with the firmware update the first time you launch Phase Manager.
The software is optimised on MacOS 10.12 (Sierra) and higher, including M1 & M2 computers, and Windows 10 and higher.
Register your product
After unboxing, download the latest version of Phase Manager. Connect your device to your laptop with the USB cable: you’ll be prompted to log into your MWM account, and if you don’t have one, you will have to create it.
Once logged in, Phase Manager will detect your new Phase. After you’ve registered it to your account, you’ll be able to rename it (and change it later if you wish in the “About this Phase” section) and pick the DVS software you’ll be using.
LED colors
You can customize your LEDs with your favorite colors, or multicolor gradient for the Remotes’ LED strips.
To apply new colors to your Remotes, make sure the Remotes are placed on the Receiver’s docks and properly linked (to link them, long-press the A/B matching button). Chose the colors you want in the Color picker menu. Do not forget to hit the “Save” button once you’ve set your Phase colors.
Manual calibration
Depending on your environment, it may happen that the pitch value displayed in your DJ software does not reflect the exact value of your turntable pitch slider. Manually calibrating your Remotes will ensure their speed is the same as your turntables.
To manually calibrate your Remotes, take them out of your Receiver and place them on your turntables. Your turntables must be on and spinning at a proper +/- 0 pitch. At this point, simply follow the instructions in Phase Manager and run the manual calibration when you’re ready.
☞ You can also manually calibrate the Remotes on the fly, while mixing. To do so, start by activating the Double tap calibration in Phase Manager's calibration menu, then save. You can now gently double tap on the Remote (above the spindle hole) to start the manual calibration. Keep in mind your turntables have to be at +/- 0% pitch in this case too. If you notice unexpected pitch drops when the Double tap feature is on, please check our dedicated article on pitch issues.
Reset
If you encounter issues, you might need to reset your product at some point.
Resetting your Receiver or Remotes will restore the default settings.
We advise to contact our Support team before proceeding with this action. After resetting your device, make sure to link your Remotes with the Receiver using the corresponding A/B buttons.
