You bought Phase and you realised this product is not for you. You may be eligible for a refund.
In order for you to get a refund of your purchase price, and if you’ve bought your Phase from our online shop, get in touch with us using the form below. If you bought your Phase from a retailer, you should directly contact them to check their refund conditions.
Getting a refund from us is only possible within 14 days after the purchase date of your product. You will have to ship back the unit in its original box. The product has to be in perfect condition, and the box must contain all the Phase accessories. Upon reception of your product, the money will immediately be wired back to your account. Depending on your bank policy, it may take several days for the refund to be effective.
If you don't want to use your product anymore, and you're not eligible for a refund, please make sure to unlink your Phase before reselling it to a third party.
