Your Phase unit can be linked to your Phase account (the email address you used to register). A Phase unit can only be registered under one Phase account at a time, but one single account can be used to register different Phase units.
If your Phase unit had a previous owner who registered the unit under his account (e.g., if you bought a second-hand or a B-stock Phase), you won’t be able to register the unit under your own account, nor to rename it. Even more important, you’ll only have a restricted support service, as the tech team will not be able to remotely analyze the unit in case of a problem.
However, you will still be able to use your Phase and personalize it. To access Phase Manager if your Phase unit is already linked to another account, just click on "No it's not my Phase".
If you're selling your Phase, you can unlink it from your account beforehand, by clicking the "Unlink" button in the "About this Phase" section of Phase Manager?
To unlink a Phase unit, complete the contact form below. Please include the Serial number of your Phase Receiver, comprised of 10 digits. You can find it at the back bottom of the Receiver, or you could simply copy-paste it: plug your Phase to your computer and launch Phase Manager: the serial number appears on the home page, under the Receiver picture. The support team will get back to you confirming the unlinking has been successfully done.
