How can I rename my unit in Phase Manager?
Symptom and description
If you cannot rename your product in Phase Manager, it means the unit is currently linked to another account, and you will not be able to unlink it by yourself for security reasons.
If you find yourself in this situation after purchasing a second-hand or an open box product, get in touch with our support team. To unlink the unit from the previous account, our product specialists need to know the Receiver’s 10 digit serial number of your unit. It can be found in various places:
- On the barcode if you have the original box with the mat paper sleeve;
- In Phase Manager, on the home screen, under the Receiver picture, or in the "About this Phase" section
- At the back bottom of the Receiver, at the right hand of the second engraved line.
