My Remotes are not detected in Phase Manager.
Symptom and description
It may happen that the Remotes are not detected by Phase Manager, even if they are placed into the USB-plugged Receiver.
If the Remotes appear as “not found”, it means they are in a state which doesn’t allow them to communicate with the Receiver, neither through the pins, nor through radio communication.
Issue resolution
If the Remotes appear as “not found”, place them into the Receiver, unplug the USB cable from the Receiver and plug the cable to the Receiver again. The Remotes should light up, charge, and appear in Phase Manager.
