I use Djay Pro AI on a mobile device and I need help setting it up with Phase

Symptom and description

Your Phase unit is ready to be used: your Remotes are linked to the Receiver, they are calibrated (their LEDs are solid) and spinning on your decks, yet you cannot hear your tracks playing from Djay Pro AI. This is probably because you haven’t properly finished setting up Djay Pro AI to be used with Phase yet. 

Djay Pro AI now offers the DVS capability
Phase is compatible with any DVS software, including Djay Pro AI

Issue resolution

Please check the following points to make sure everything is properly configured to use Phase with Djay Pro AI.

• Make sure you’re using a compatible DVS mixer with Djay Pro AI (Djay supports any audio interface and mixer that is supported on the respective platform. In addition, many of the most popular DVS-compatible mixers have been pre-mapped and can be used plug-and-play with djay and DVS. You’ll find the list of the pre-mapped DVS mixers on their official website)
  
  
• Connect your DVS mixer to your mobile device, and set the deck mode to “USB” to enable DVS mode. Depending on which device you’re using Djay on, you might need one of the following adapters
  iPad or Mac with USB-C port: USB-C to USB Adapter
  iPad or iPhone with Lightning port: Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter
  
  
• Connect the Phase RCA outputs to the Line inputs of your DVS interface.
  Phase doesn’t need to be plugged to the device via USB, it can be powered directly with a brick charger or any 5v USB power source.
  
  
• Set the Phase DVS signal to “Custom” at 1000hz, in the Phase Manager Setup tab.
  At this point you should be set up and ready to use Phase with Djay Pro AI !
